I'd like to complaint about my Telkom Mobile Billing, I paid late in the month of August and Telkom Mobile did deduct the money in the following month but my number was in active then, I called a consultant and the consultant said to me I must email my payment proof and I certainly did so, but still today my number is inactive and they keep on sending a huge amount in their invoice as pending payment.
I have even stopped calling Telkom Mobile honestly that made me to loose hope because this is not the first time they pulled this stunt.
