Vodacom app password reset nightmare

I forgot my password for the vodacom app and subsequently it was blocked after a few attempts. I have now called them (att 082 155) 3 times this month but only got through twice. The person that logged my problem was very helpful both times. The people responsible for resetting the app seem to be useless as its been a few weeks now with no resolve.
