I got a call from a guy from cell C with the offer of a contract for R99 for 2 gig. I accepted it and made very sure thats all I will pay. Come end of the first month, which was 31 July 2013 and R496 was deducted. Numerous calls later I finally spoke to someone who said it was corrected and I do not pay R496 but R99. After the first payment went off and I reversed it at the bank, they blocked my cell phone that is a whole different contract. I phoned them and learned I must pay the R99, which I did via internet. That I pd for a few months to make sure my contract with them stays clear from my side. I received a acc from them that show that I now have a credit on that acc. Today I went to upgrade to a new cell and what do you know. I cannot upgrade because there is a pre legal command out on my acc. So, I own them R496 and I, ve got a credit on that acc. Can someone please help me, as I am very frustrated. Also they was supposed to block it after the 2 gigs is used up, that they did not do.luckily I am not that much on the internet.the lady that helped me today at Walmer park branch was very profesional and understanding. A big thanks for that as I felt very embaresed
