I sent my Samsung Galaxy Note cellphone for repair or replacement (it is still under guarantee) on 24 Oct 2013. The job number was 9309290 in Port Elizabeth, subsequently upgraded to a second job number 9332821 when sent on to Johannesburg. I received a progress report stating that the job was awaiting spares (apparently a microphone). The phone was returned on 22 Nov, with the engineer's report stating "R.N.R." The agent informed me that this meant "Returned Not Repaired". A parts list showed "Care Touch Window Cover", we do not know what that is, but whatever it is the phone is not repaired, it still has the identical fault on it. This I proved to the accepting agent and he agreed that it was an unacceptable fault. It was a top of the range phone when I bought it (paid nearly R7000). Needless to say, I am disgusted with the service, all the people I call on the phone complain about a loud echo of their own words back to them, and it has been like this since new. Vodacom, I have been a fan of yours until now, please do better than this - I have sent the phone back again.
