LAZY, UNPARALLELED CUSTOMER SERVICE-LESS!!

MTN never fails to disappoint me! Gosh, it MUST be part of their mission statement to employ stubborn, people who will refuse to do their jobs properly. Today I called 808 to enquire about early upgrades &spoke to Steven Fynn. Who just blew me off & told me that I have to wait until May. I then told him that I am referring the MTNSP Customer Upgrade & Migration Policy on the website and asked him to just have a look & confirm if what I am reading is in fact correct. He told me to print it and take it to a store. I insisted he just have a look at clause 9 & 22 to enquire if he would be able to escalate my early upgrade request because this is what the procedure states in the policy document. He again said no; go query this it a store. I asked for his supervisor, Baba Mdluli who said that he was too busy to speak to me & I should rather go find out at a store. After 15 minutes &putting me on hold 7 times, he still refused to read the policy I was referring to. Now tell me, do the people in your call centres not know your policies and procedures? Your customer service department is CLEARLY not doing what their name illustrates! I am yet to get satisfaction from this bunch of id! ots
