Incompetency at its best! 1 year down the line

My aunt Annie Ruth Magodielo has logged calls several times with no action being taken. She asked for the Faulty blackberry to be replaced as it was a factory problem. It will be exactly 1 year in 2days since the phone was delivered and she still has the faulty phone whereas Debit orders are through every month without any defaults. This is extremely upsetting as there is a trail of email since July 2012 requesting for collection of the phone but to date, we are still waiting. The phone was to be collected on the 26th July between 10 and 12 as per mail below! I need this resolved ASAP!!!
