No response to fault reporting 780CTZ220213

My Telkom line has been faulty since December 2012. Terrible crackle! Telkom came out in January and repaired the line. it worked for 2 weeks and the problem has returned. The phone is unusable but my BIG problem is the DSL. They came out a week ago and it was fixed for 5 minutes. The call centre says the reported fault is still open but no-one comes to fix it. I am paying for the fastest biggest ADSL package and cannot use my line. Telkom used to give amazing service and now they just don't care! No wonder people are not getting landlines anymore! I phone almost daily and every day they say the case has been given to the technician but no-one arrives.
