NOT RESOLVING PROBLEM

I do not have a line to make calls know for two weeks the telkom technician was at my house on the 10 Jan14 and find that the line from the connection on the telkom box on the pole to the Telkom extension is faulty he said that they must fixed the line at the Telkom extension and they will do it the next day only 11 Jan 14. I report on Monday 13 Jan 2014 to Telkom that the fault is not fixed. They send a technician out only on Friday 17 Jan 14 again he said that it might be the cordless phone that course the problem i disagree with him as i disconnect the phone and the fault persist. I bought 2 new phones from Telkom Friday to proof it that it's a line fault. He said i must phone him this morning to remind him but he said he will see when he will come back to the house as he got important fauts to attend to today. Well come on im also a customer that battel for 2 weeks nouw aren't my line important to them. The technicians are very friendly i will not complain about that but they cant fix the problem. I pay for a sevice and use of a line thats not working will Telkom credit me for that no there is no change in life.
