UNPROFESSIONAL AND NO EMPATHY TO SOME1 IN NEED OF

On 27/11/2013 at 02:47 I called 112 to request help with domestic violence. Jabu Ntombeni answered the phone by simply saying "Yebo" then I said "Hello... Hello" then he said "Yes I can hear, stop saying hello and get to the point".
This is no way to answer the phone and to be so rude and show no empathy to someone in an emergency is horrible, I asked to put me through to the police which he never did, I called back and got helped by a lovely lady. If this is the type of people MTN hires, its a shame. Jabu and MTN shame on u

I sent an email to [Email Removed] on 27/11/2013 no response
I sent another two emails to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] on 28/11/2013 and 03/12/2013 no response. Poor service
