A family friend has received an sms from telkom to state that he will be charged from next week for his internet plan. However, we are still waiting for the Galleria telkom shop to call us about a modem being in stock! This is just not on! I have tried calling the store and have had no reply. It is a half hour drive for us to Galleria and a waste of petrol if we get there to be told there is no stock. The call centre (10210) was equally unhelpful, saying they could not find out or put us through. This makes telkom look highly incompetent! Wake up telkom and show some customer service!
