Yesterday I had found out that my airtime balance was relatively low. So I contacted my service provider MTN.
They advised me that their was 4 transaction on my account totalling R60.00 take out by a company called Integrat.
I then searched the internet and got their email address. Email them 3 times already and no response yet.
I HAVE NOT SUBSCRIBED TO ANY GAMES, ETC & I DEMAND A FULL REFUND OF R60.00.
This is really unacceptable.
