I am however still waiting for the Retentions support dept to call me. How long can this take???
I have 5 contracts with Vodacom of which I am the master account holder. One of the numbers is due for an upgrade next month on the 11th. Yesterday I received an sms and an e-mail that I could upgrade this number. When I call into the call center and upgrade line, I am told that I cannot upgrade now. Question would then be why send out the sms and the e-mail?
Why waste my time and effort of logging into the website and calling the call center?
I have been a loyal client of Vodacom for a long time now and this is not the level of service that I would expect from Vodacom. Does loyalty not matter to Vodacom?
