Wrong information supplied, told me to take a hike

Called them on 0821959 for a upgrade and they agreed that I could do so, I waited for stock to arrive and drove 50km to Vodaworld. I then waited "for an hour and a half to be attended.
The salesman then tells me that the computers are (LAZY), what ever that means???
He then tells me more bad news that I can only get an upgrade next year March 2014.
I then called 0821958 and spoke to the Team Leader. He told me the same as the salesman and when I put up a fight he basically told me to go elsewhere. I spend on average with Vodacom R3500/month. this is not how you look after client especially after 20 years of loyalty.
I will continue to make noise about this matter until such time as I have been satisfied.
