I went to the Vodashop on 01/12 to upgrade my cell and laptop, couldn't do my cell as I had to wait till 12/12, which was only 12 days away, went back on 17/12 got a Samsung Galaxy S4 but had to order the laptop. Was advised that I can only do the data transfer from my blackberry to the Samsung the following day, as the technicians went home already. Went back on 19/12 to do the data transfer. That night my phone was faulty was able to phone but couldn't hear the person. Went back on 20/12, was advised to come back with the box and contents, went back on 21/12 was informed that the phone had to be sent to Samsung to repair and would take 7 working days. No manager in store, spoke to Mcdonald, AFTER waiting for 45min, as I was unhappy that I received a faulty phone on Tuesday and now it has to be sent in for 7 workings days whilst I am going on holiday on 27/12. I insisted on getting my phone replaced as this was not my doing that the phone was not working, the guy insisted that I had to send it in. He replied by saying he knows Vodacom issues faulty products, how does that work? I have to pay and get a faulty phone. Still waiting for laptop. Its the holidays and I am without a pho
