I bought a Samsung BD-E5300 from takealot, I bought it for the online features as advertised on your website (netflix, pandora, etc) and when i got this product It did not have the features as advertised. How can you guys advertise a products and sell it to customers without said features and expect them to be happy. Nowhere on takealots site does it say that these features are not available on the player I was buying. [URL Removed] Now takealot said that you guys rejected the return of the item. What you are doing is my money by selling me a product which was incorrectly advertised.
