No signal for dstv mobile

I bought a dstv drifta last year in the 4th quarter, used it with my samsung galaxy s2 perfectly fine at home fo about 2 weeks. Then i had no signal at all, previously i used a nokia n8 with the nokia dvb-h headset and never once had a signal problem in my area. I went in to multichoice and told them about it and they tested it and even exchanged my drifta, took it back home and still the same thing, went back to multichoice and they didnt know what to do saying that there is sgnal for dstv mobile in my area. Told them i always had signal and it just stopped . they told me by the end of the year it should be sorted and up till now i still dont have signal. What i don't understand is that i USED to have signal all the time and just all of a sudden i dont have signal anymore, Its frustrating. I am being to by multichoice, the drifta is not cheap and im paying for a service im not receiving. I want to know WHAT you are going to do to sort this out and restore proper signal in my area and how am i going to be compensated for the money i have spent. If you dont sort it out, I want a ful refund for the drifta i bought and i will go to the ASA for false advertising and icasa
