I went for my upgrade on the 29th of November, seeing as I already have 2 phones, I dont need a new smartphone and decided to rather take the contract on offer, to receive a Samsung LED TV and a Samsung Pocket. The consultant was very eager as I wanted a 2nd line and openend a new contract for the Tab 3 and receive a free Drifta.
I still DONT have the Drifta as I was told they are out of stock... And the TV has still not been delivered where I was promised 2 working days. Its almost 2 weeks for both of them. I have tried to phone the consultant, all he says is they'll get back to, still waiting for that return call. All I would like is to have my Drifta and cancel the contract with the TV as no service delivery and no follow ups. You cant advertise a promotion and not have stock and expect customers to be happy with it.
