Two weeks ago I went to the Vodashop at Cycad Centre. I wanted to get the new iPhone 5c. The guy that helped me said that all the new iPhones are on back-order, but he will put my name on the list and he will let me know when the phone arrives. I explicitly told him that he must please send me a sms, because my current phone's speaker is not working, so I can't take calls on my phone. He wrote down my details on a piece of paper, also made a note to send the sms. Today I called the shop, to ask if my phone has arrived. The lady that took the call told me that they were instructed not to order any 5 C's, because research has shown that many people have been complaining about the 5 C. How nice of them to care so much for their customers that they couldn't let me know that I will not be receiving a phone. Now it's two weeks later and I still don't have a phone. This is also not the first time that I have had a bad experience with the sales team at this shop, but it will surely be the last.
