I have to admit, that with Lauren assisting last week, I thought my issue would have been resolved already.
I email in, asking for assistance, and I get this response, obviously i've taken out my personal details.

If I knew how to help myself, i would. I wouldn't be contacting your company.
I'm so deeply and utterly disappointed at the lack of service you guys provide your clients. Sadly I will be forced to spend another 2 years with you as I have unfortunately just upgraded my phone, however, I will see this as a positive experience of 2 years of having enough time to look around for a better provider, someone that can not only provide me with actual customer services, as well as know how to effectively resolve issues.
At this stage, it looks like i'll have to resign to the fact at guessing and assuming your billing is correct, as I wont be able to see the invoices. I've been a customer of your company since like 2007 at least.
