Im not happy cause i took my phone to download whatsapp and they told me that it would take up to 7 to 14 days, when i went to pick up my phone they told me that i must pay R2000. they gave me the phone while i was at home i switched on the phone and it was not working at all. i took it back and told them the phone is not switching on, they then wanted R6000 but the phone is still under warrenty blackberry z10. when i spoke to them they were very rude to me i spoke yo johan the manager at lake side mall, they drew a sketch and told me the phone was damaged but i never got a copy of the sketch. when i went to collect the phone they showed me the sketch before that there was no sketch to show that the phone was damaged. im sure the people ther working on the phone damaged my phone, johan has still got my phone and i still to this day have not recieved any feed back from him nor the store. when i call there he is never available. im really dissapointed. please help me to resolve this matter.
