First impressions last. On the website vodacom advertise next day delivery but in fact it takes 3 days. Apart from this they will still send the wrong thing.
Cancelling the contract after sending the wrong goods back I still get debited R66.70. I request my mail again that they ensure they cancel this and refund the debit. Still no response. To my surprise I yet again get debited another R210 this month.
Do I have to involve an attorney in this matter or can Vodacom staff do their job properly and refund me.
Yet again I'm patiently awaiting a response.
