I have been on the MTN network for more or less 5 Months now and I must say their service is absolutely pathetic!!!
I live in Springs and work in Benoni and in none of the 2 Towns i have MTN signal. If i dont get a SOS signal on my phone it is just not working.
What is the use of a contract or even a wireless network if you NEVER have signal??
We had a emergency stuation a week or so ago and I was unable to contact EMS, SAPS and EMPD due to signal problems.
This is unacceptable for such a big cell phone company to not be able to provide service to their clients.
