My blackberry 9320 is not even a year old and had to go in for repairs 3 times already twice they said its software the 3rd time they send it to the advance repair centre and they just phoned me and said its got water damage and will cost R1700 this phone was never near water its freezes and hangs it is a software problem this is so wrong and such bad service
