After 13 months of usage on my Blackberry 9780 I started experiencing phone failure issues.

Over a month or so my phone started dying. Initally it would randomly turn off when attempting to take a picture, then it started rebooting automatically, then failed to reboot. However fortunately when plugging the phone into the pc via usb I could access the phone via the blackberry app and even go online and use it.

Phone was under warranty so I took it to autopage. 6 wk repair cycle?! After 5 weeks I go into the store, suprisingly its there. But sorry sir the phone wasnt repaired because there is water damage so we didnt open the phone. I suggested this is innacurate as the phone definitely hasnt landed in water, still works via usb and I am able to log in etc. But Autopage answer is no you wrong the phone is damaged by water, look at the report "liquid damage", case closed. At which point I said it isnt and returned the phone once again for repair.

Issue is no attempt to call, resolve, discuss or repair and blatant disregard for reason to why the phone doesnt work.

Please would someone actually take the time and repair this phone and not automatically assume
