Ust to prove that these BB's have a major problem I sent my driver to collect ANOTHER one yesterday.
This time IMEi nr 356002052282858 and last night I did a device switch and you can't believe my surprise to have error upon error.
1. There was no BBM or APP WORLD on this phone I had to download it.
2. First error message on switching the phone on: UNCAUGHT EXPEMPTION...
3. Second error - trying to download BBM application - A COMMUNICATION FAILURE... CONTACT YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER...
4. Third error - AN ERROR OCCURED when logging into APP WORLD after downloading it.
I will no longer fight. I will just keep on bringing them back and keeping a record of each job number and IMEI number for my records and thereby building on the history of service/handsets given by Vodacom.
Needless to say I will have to send it back but only on Monday as our drivers are already out for the day.
