I got a new contract from game 5 or so months back and received a Galaxy chat. This phone constantly loses connectivity and sometimes ever a restart does not work. I took it directly to Samsung and they did something but nothing improved. I then went through the laborious process at vodashop of sending it in and after more than a month it still came back the same. I am sure this phone is faulty as other people have the same phone and are quite happy.
