Purchased a Samsung S4 from Cell-C in May. Two months later experienced major over heating of device.
Returned it to Cell-c and requested a new phone. Declined but phone sent to Jnb for rep[airs. Three weeks later phone returned with comments that the battery as well as the mother board had been changed.
Within a couple of weeks problem re appeared and phone now taken to Samsung Customer Care for replacement.
As usaul with Samsung a long run around and denial that the product was Defective and not prepared to exchange the unit. Must be returned to there repair depot with another three weeks of inconveinence and no exchange phone. No Client Service from Samsung.
Phone returned to Cell-C were my phone was replaced with a new one. WELL DONE Cell-C Samsung should take a leaf out of your Client Service Policy
