I logged a fault on the 25th November, due to the storm that we experienced the day before. I was given a reference no.: 621CRZ291113 and was told that tye turn around time was 48hrs.
I called back on Monday, waited more than 20 minutes on the line and the usual feedback was given: A technician has been allocated to your fault. I'm calling in again today and still waiting on the call- 15 minutes into the call, with no resolution.
I am exteremely disappointed with Telkoms service.
