Telkom is clueless about their WCDMA product

We have no phone or Internet service again (since 9/3/2013) - this has been an ongoing problem since Dec 2012 when due to phone lines we were force to install a Telkom WCDMA product because Telkom refused to replace them. WCDMA is a wireless phone Internet connection. Our current reference number is 185CRZ110313 - reported on Monday. THE BIG PROBLEM is that we report the fault, they give us a reference number, and then send an SMS and tell us that the fault is resolved. Three cases in point are reference numbers: 1485CRZ110313, 1485CRZ060213 and 551CRZ280113... in these cases the phone was working intermittently... now the phone is not working at all. We phone 022-483-0280, the folk who answer are wonderful and dynamic and they promise the world and nothing happens. I think that WCDMA is being punted by the Telkom Korean Investors to compete with Neotel, except the Telkom - problem is Telkom does not know how to use it. The Technicians and Call Centre Staff admit it! We are one Church of three that know of, and collectively we cannot continue like this - of all places, Church needs a phone line.
