It hasn't even been 2 weeks of working internet and I've had to report a fault again. I do not understand how one line can have so many issues. A service that is so simple in other parts of the world seem to be a rather misguided failure in this country. Fixing issues on internet lines in this country seem to be standard. When i ask when a technician will get to repairing this fault i was told "i do not know"... Please will someone from telkom please get hold of me to fix this issue now? It is absolutely ridiculous that i have ANOTHER fault on this line. i have more than ten reference numbers just for this month already!!!
