Called friday for a letter of confirmation for a payment arrangement. Called again monday i was told there was a "log" placed, then tuesday called again, a log was placed and they will transfer me to pre legal, the rudest consultant answer the phone, i did not react to her tone because i know where that would lead!
if all i need is a letter why would it take a week or more as though nobody can type.
the managers are unavailable to take calls
