On the 31st of January, I called HTN Attorneys and i spoke to a consultant called Bomikazi Ndukwana and she sent me and email with all the details and amounts that i should pay. I then paid the amount on the same day and emailed her the proof of paymentment and called her on her direct line and she told me that I will be receiving a settlement letter in the next three days, I then asked her whether there wont be any changes in this regards and she told me that she has sent it through to her managers and I will be receiving the letter "confirmation". I waited for a week n sent her a follow up email on the 14th of February and she never replied. Last week friday i received a phone call telling me that im owing and I informed them that I had paid and awaiting a settlement letter, and the consultant informed me that shel phone me back and since then I havent received any reply. This morning I received an sms telling me that im owing an amount of R345.99 and i should make and immediate payment of R655.76. I feel that im being made to pay more and more money for no reason and especially because I used to ask for statements and i get dodged and thus why I decided to settle.
