I have reached a point where I am sick and tired of sending emails and complaints to Cell c.
On the 22/11/2013 I called in to request for a settlement on my cell c account which I was given a figure of R967 which I paid on that day. I later on requested for a letter to confirm my account closed and paid up, I later that week received an sms to say my account was migrated. Receiving this letter was taking too long (as I have I the consolidation department waiting for that letter) So I decided to call Again, and in that 30minutes that I had called which was now a few weeks later I was transferred from Contract department to Pre legal to cancelations to retention dear I have never been transferred so much, Anyway i was told to go into a branch and when i got there was told they do not assist with such and he had to call the call centre which he was transfered around as well for a good 45min to an hour. He got someone who said was gonna email to me and he would email to me till today i wait. Okay I called in and spoke to several supervisors who were as good the agents No help at all, I am now very of because i need that letter very urgently. Cell C staff needs training.
