I called the wonga call centre on tuesday to request a settlement letter after i had paid them late and i was told that i still need to pay another R100 in order for them to send me this letter so on wednesday i paid an i called the call centre again and was told that the payment would only reflect on their system in 24 hours and that is when i would receive the letter but thursday came and i called again and they told me it would take another 24 hours so then friday (today) i still havnt gotten the letter so i called again and they told me it would take a further 48 hours!!!
