CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT

My last debit order went off in December, I called the DMC call centre in January requesting a paid up letter. The consultant took all my info and told me that the paid up letter will be e mailed to me. Last week, 28 Feb I followed up with them regarding my letter and was told that they were waiting for the letter from Foschini as they were the ones to draw up the letter. I then called Foschini and they told me that DMC is supposed to issue the paid up letter as the account was with them now and no longer on Foschini`s systems and that DMC should issue the letter and I should forward it to Foschini so as to update it on their systems. I called DMC again and then I was told that it was going to take 10 weeks before I get the letter.
Whats going on???
