Last week I went to MTN in Northgate to get more info on how to blacklist my phone and was helped by the Store Manager who was beyond rude and did not acknowledge that I was in distress. Today I called MTN Cresta Mall and asked if they had stock of the Samsung Note 2 only to get a response that "oh you are not the customer that wants the phone" ;" We don't know when the orders will arrive". I told the lady to get one of their Sales Reps (Salome) to call me and I'm still waiting... I mean, I'm paying for the darn service and this is how they treat their clientele... talk about pathetic and appauling customer service!!!
