For years I've been a Telkom customer with no prior complaints until now, few days back I learned that our line was suspended, confused because we subscribed to Telkom yearly prepaid waya waya service which means you pay a certain amount to rent their service for a year on prepaid. Eventually got a hold of their call centre to my amazement i was told that on the 26th of November we agreed to change the service to an open line service of their's and now we owe them R597.
First i would like them to prove the subscription agreement and if so what service or usage we did on the line hat cost R597 for a week cause our line has been suspended for over a week now. Telecomms sales departments and subscribe customers to their new products to meet stats, well i am not going to pay that money until proved beyond reasonable doubt that we subscribed to that service.
I've been on prepaid for years cause i was avoiding billing disputes with them
