Hi,
I submitted a query via your contact page last week asking what the process is to switch to pre-paid as my contract is ending soon and I don't want to renew.
Today, I have called your call centre twice and on both occasions after being on hold for more than 10 minutes each time I was still not helped. Can someone please get back to me asap as this is just another reason I why I don't want to resign (poor customer service).
