I called Virgin Mobile Call center to obtain their legal department contact details for the default they put on my name, after holding on for almost an hour I was finally transferred to what was supposed to be the legal department and the woman just said hello, before I could explain my predicament I was back to their annoying automated response, I hold on with a hope that someone will pick up again but after about 30 minutes of my wasted time and airtime I decided to drop
