GOOD DAY,

A YEAR AGO I FINISHED PAID UP MY CELL PHONE CONTRACT WITH VIRGIN MOBILE, AS PER MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINT. TWO WEEKS AGO I GOT A SMS STATING THAT MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN HANDED OVER TO THE LAWYERS. I REPLIED TO THE NUMBER BUT NO RESPONSE. A WEEK AGO I GOT THE SAME SMS BUT THIS TIME WITH A CALL CENTRE NUMBER. I THEN CALLED THE NUMBER BUT GOT A 'THE NUMBER YOU HAVE CALLED IS UNAVAILABLE' RESPONSE. I THEN WENT INTO THEIR STORE AT CAPE GATE, AND WAS TOLD THAT I AM THE 4th PERSON TO COME INTO THE STORE WITH THIS COMPLAINT. THE SALES ASSISTANT - MELISSA THEN TOOK MY DETAILS AND SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK FROM THEM AS YET.

FIRSTLY, WHAT COMPANY SENDS SMS's FOR FINAL WARNINGS / DEMANDS. SECONDLY, I PAID UP THIS ACCOUNT AND A YEAR LATER THEY WANT ME TO PAY APPROXIMATELY R700? FINALLY, WHEN I CAME INTO THE STORE TO ENQUIRE I WAS NOT HELPED AT ALL, RATHER TOLD THAT THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK, WHICH THEY HAVE NOT!

VIRGIN MOBILE HAS BEEN CORRUPT IN THEIR DEALINGS WITH ME AND SO MANY OTHERS FROM THE START! LYING IN THEIR PROMOTIONS AND OVERCHARGING ON THEIR SERVICES - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
