When I got home after work I phone my fianc? wanting to inform him that I arrived safely for we live on a farm, only then I learned that my line has been suspended. I then immediately phoned vodacom customar care to find out what the problem was for I know I did make my payment already that previous Saturday, I was then told that my account is in arrears with 700 something rand. I then got really furious because I know I did pay the account, and that the lady whom I was speaking to did not really made an effort to help or understand what I was saying. Just this morning I received a sms stating my payment was received although I paid it saturday already, and with no warning what so ever the line is suspended. Anything could have happened to me yesterday and I would have not be able to alert anybody.
