Account suspended for no reason

Good day,

I have had my Samsung Galaxy S4 from July and I am more than happy with my handset but not with the service I am getting from Altech Autopage. Every single month they suspend my account for no apparent reason! I get a monthly R200 airtime value and 200mb of data that I never exceed even though I have an open line. I work for a IT company now and have been a IT technician for a long time. There is no way that my phone is eating airtime or data in the background, I monitor EVERYTHING on my phone. The fact that they suspend me every month is ridiculous and they do not even send me a sms to tell me I am going to be suspended for whatever reason. I only find out when I try to make phone calls. I have never skipped a payment and have never went over "their limit" if they have such a thing. I can also never speak to a manager they are always "busy" or "out of the office". Can someone please sort this out for me, I ported from vodacom, which at present looks like it was a big mistake!!
