MTN has now really gone to far been waiting over an hour to do my upgrade half the staff are working if they really working. Rude arrogant lady at front desk. Cannot believe that this company is still in existence!!! As I write this im still waiting to be helped. But those that need to pay their acc get to be 1st in line!! HORRIBLE DISGUSTING SERVIVE WORST EVER. I expect a call and an apology for this as I HAVE HAD ENOUGH
