On 2012/11/01 I phone Customer Service at Nashua Mobile enquiring as to how to cancel a service, I was informed that I should send an email to [Email Removed] This I promptly did and thus expected the service to be cancelled after 30 days. Until today 2013/12/03 an amount in excess of R67000.00 has been deducted for a service that was eventually cancelled on the 2013/10/26. How much longer will it take to provide feedback as well as the monies to be paid back? I brought this to your attention on the 2013/10/22; does it really take that long? Do you have a quality and customer satisfaction program?
