Went to Markham at the workshop on Saturday 22-06 couldnt seem to find my card but told the guy i know my id he said fine he would do the sale and i should wat after waiting for an hour his manager confirmed that he cant do th sale without my id book & that i should bring in my id they will issue me with a new card & do sale. so i go back on the 29-06 as the 30-06 is my husbands birthday & i take my 2 toddlers with me this time i have my id book whicch i hand to the cashier after waiting another hour he tells me that he CANT do sale without authorisation as my account with THE FOSCHINI GROUP is actually with Sportscene so i request that the manager give authorisation WOW should never have requested this as this lady was RUDE ARROGANT & REFUSED TO HELP YELLED AT ME IN FRONT OF A STORE FULL OF SHOPPERS AND MY KIDS!!! my 3 year old wanted to know why the lady was fighting with his mummy!!! also somewhere along the line she seemed to think that account holders know back office policies & procedures i am now closing my account with TFG and im certainly telling every about how unintelligent their staff are I DIDNT EVEN GET AN APOLOGY OH AND I DIDNT GET MY HUSBAND HIS BIRTHDAY GIFTS!!
