The Gordon Road, Bergbron KFC has got to be one of the very worst KFC's in the country. Cars often queue in great numbers just for drive-thru service. What is the point? Today at approximately 18H15 I walked into this KFC to make an order in order to avoid the long drive-thru queue. I only had to stand behind one person in line until being the next customer to be served. The lady behind the desk then walked off and another lady came and started helping other customers without helping me at all. I asked to speak to the manager and then a lady, 'Shift Supervisor', came to find out why I was not being helped. She got into a debate with another lady working behind the till, offered me no help and no apology. Her colleague then said 'next customer'. I was disgusted and I walked out. Is this how KFC treats its customers? This branch has become nothing but pathetic!
