On Saturday night 03-08-2013 we stopped in the drive thru at KFC Les Marais. firstly we stood in the queue for an hour before i got out of my car to ask the people working why it is taking so long to get service. they just all ignored me as if i wasn't there. i then got in my car and waited for another half an hour when the only car before me eventually got his food. I then ordered 2 Colonel burger meals when they told me they don't have any fillets in stock to put on the burgers. i then asked them if i could have 12 zinger wings which then also was out of stock. Show do you open a 24 hour service if you cant deliver the service. The people working there has no people skills and are very arrogant. so i would like an apology and feed back as to what they plan on doing about the problem as this is not the first time i had problems at this branch. they should employ managers that can actually manage.
