The cherry on the top is I am told my cancellation process was "just stopped' for no reason whatsoever. I must now send them my copy of the cancellation contract because they've lost mine.
It's beyond frustrating dealing with the call centre - they can't even speak to the department dealing with number porting/terminations and have to send them e-mails!
Well done 8ta. Let's see if we can get to 2014 for the longest time it has taken to migrate a number!
