I initially tried to upgrade but after 3 weeks of no delivery and being sent from pillar to post I tried to cancel everything so that I can go elsewhere but that also does not seem to go smoothly.
The call centre agents promise to call me back and never do you cannot classify them as the polite/professional group either. After more than 15 calls I am still struggling to get any assistance.
They also have many tricks, one of them (Thokozani) said she cannot cancel until she has received a "return number on the system" the other one "Nikiwe" said she will go to her supervisor's pc to do the cancellation then phone me to confirm but she did nothing. Then today Khuthala said 14 days has passed so I cannot cancel. What 14 days, still no phone but she is counting.
