I am not quite sure where to start. First let me say, I received an iPhone 5s on a Monday afternoon, having the sim activated on Tuesday afternoon allowing me to use the phone for the first time. Well on Friday morning, just 2 and half days later the phone doesn't work, with about a hundred calls to every number possible and that was given to me, for the past 4 days, I still have absolutely no response from anyone at Vodacom. Its disgusting and shocking, but they still take the money off your account no problem, and yet I am sitting with no phone at all.
I have taken it in, they said they will send an email. I have called to follow up on the email, no one knows a thing, I get told to call the aftersales number, I do, they tell me to call the upgrades number, I do, I have been playing telephone tennis for 4 days, and have now had enough.
Vodacom is the worst company I have ever dealt with, their service is disgusting, shocking and pathetic. How they survive I will never know. The only thing that works is their online twitter feed.
They should really start embracing their name and start giving clients who PAY a decent service.
